About injection plastic mould
Plastic injection molding is known as the most common and effective form of molding for several good reasons. The process itself is extremely fast compared to other methods, and the high output rate makes it more efficient and economical. The speed depends on the complexity and size of the mold, but only about 15-120 seconds elapse between each cycle time.
Injection Molding Plastic siding for electronic components and keyboard keys, protective headgear, power sockets, and automotive components such as instrument panels, wheel covers and body parts. Other applications include consumer products, sports equipment and industrial accessories.
The advantages of plastic injection molding center on high precision and repeatability, combined with speed, low cost per part and a large selection of available plastics. Disadvantages include higher initial cost and lead time than some other processes.
