An automotive mould is a specialized tool used in the manufacturing of automotive parts. It is a precision instrument that is designed to produce parts that meet strict tolerances and specifications.

Automotive moulds are typically made from high-strength materials such as steel, aluminum, or other alloys. The mould is created by machining the material into the desired shape using a computer-aided design (CAD) program and specialized machinery.

 

The mould is then used to create the actual part by injecting molten material, such as plastic or metal, into the mould. The material fills the mould and takes on the shape of the mould cavity. After the material has cooled and hardened, the mould is opened and the part is ejected.

Automotive moulds are used to produce a wide variety of automotive parts, including body panels, bumpers, dashboards, and other interior and exterior components.
