How to operate plastic insert molds correctly
In the plastic manufacturing industry, proper operation of plastic insert molds is essential to ensure product quality, improve production efficiency, and ensure equipment safety. 1. Preparation before operation
Check the mold: Before operation, the mold should be fully inspected, including the integrity, cleanliness and tightness of each component. Make sure that the mold is not damaged, rusted or deformed, and remove dirt and oil stains from the mold surface.
Preheat the mold: Preheat the mold according to the plastic material used and mold design requirements. Preheating helps the plastic flow evenly in the mold and improves product quality.

2. Precautions during operation

Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect and maintain the mold on a regular basis, including checking mold wear, fastener tightness, and lubrication. Any problems found should be corrected in a timely manner to ensure normal use of the mold.
4. Safety Precautions
Follow the operating procedures: During operation, the operating procedures and safety regulations should be strictly followed to ensure the safety of yourself and the equipment.
Wear protective equipment: During operation, safety glasses, gloves, and other protective equipment should be worn to avoid injury from splashing plastic particles or other objects.
