This process involves heating the mould to a high temperature and then cooling it slowly to create a hardened surface layer. This layer helps to prevent wear and tear on the mould during the injection moulding process.

Once the mould is complete, it is ready to be used in the injection moulding process. This involves loading the mould into an injection moulding machine and injecting molten plastic into the mould under high pressure. The plastic then cools and solidifies, and the mould is opened to remove the finished chair.
